In today’s society, the standard of moral and ethical values are constantly being challenged, re-examined and too often disregarded. Let us hope that history will not find us wanting as we strive to prepare our youth for the challenges of the future. The IOJD World Youth Foundation is dedicated to providing the resources necessary to help prepare our youth to make responsible choices and become moral and ethical leaders of tomorrow.

The World Youth Foundation is formed primarily to receive gifts, grants and contributions to support programs that teach leadership skills and help to develop personal responsibility and high ethical and moral values. To further these purposes, the Foundation awards:

• Grants to underwrite the cost of educational and leadership training programs that develop and enhance values and ethics
• Charity through the Hearing Improvement Kids Endowment (HIKE) Fund and other charitable organizations
• Promotion through public awareness of the Foundation and Job’s Daughters International®
